Life is to be enjoyed and noticed. There is art everywhere, from the way the sun slants onto a pile of colored leaves to the dark and brooding sight of the old steel mills in Pittsburgh (where I grew up). I can see the beauty in these things because I am paying attention, because I notice my surroundings. I want to remember things. I want to live fully in the moment.
